Timela Elane began her professional artistic journey after a culture shocking move from Ohio to Tennessee in 2012. The urge to draw a self portrait allowed the artist discover a new passion, drive, and God-given talent. Since then, the artist has graduated with an undergraduate degree in studio art, participated in multiple small galleries across the state of Tennessee, collaborated in several murals, and commission/freelance to the public in her free time. Timela Elane values the education and history of art. Through research of many artist, old and new, Timela Elane has come to her own approach and style of art. Gallery Exhibits
Clay/Ceramics. This served as the center piece of my senior thesis. The collection was themed Garden of Eden before the forbidden fruit was consumed.
Commissioned
This is a commissioned portrait of the famous rapper, J Cole. The customer requested a blue monochromatic piece to match the theme of the room the portrait resides.
Branding
Timela Elane prides herself in making excellent logos and labels for companies and individuals alike.
